Leanne Rose is the Founder and Director of Authentic Growth, a Learning & Development consultancy built on the belief that “when people grow, business grows.” With over a decade of experience designing and delivering leadership and management programmes, Leanne combines practical expertise with a passion for creating inclusive, connected workplaces.
 

​Through Authentic Growth, Leanne partners with businesses to provide tailored programmes that empower women, strengthen teams, and guide leaders to support working parents. As a licensed maternity coach, she primarily works with organisations and line managers to build cultures that support parents more effectively, while also offering one-to-one coaching for individuals navigating the transition to and from parental leave. This dual focus helps both the business and its people to thrive.

Leanne draws on a powerful mix of approaches, combining psychometrics such as Insights Discovery and MBTI with Action Learning facilitation, to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen team dynamics, and solve real-world challenges. By integrating these methods into her programmes, she creates experiences that are engaging, practical, and designed to drive lasting change.

Before founding Authentic Growth, Leanne designed and led large-scale leadership programmes across complex Defence and Healthcare organisations, guiding hundreds of leaders each year through long-term development journeys. This experience of delivering impactful programmes at scale now underpins her ability to help businesses of all sizes strengthen team connections and achieve authentic growth.
